2018

Founded with a Focus on Protein Consulting

Anton Rauch started consulting for ambitious recreational athletes. Initial successes became apparent with athletes who optimized their protein intake and achieved visible progress in muscle building.

2020

Expansion to Include Nutrition Plans

Selina Eder B.Sc. brought her expertise in sports nutrition. Together, they developed customized plans for strength and endurance athletes. Demand rose rapidly.

2022

Launch of the Digital Platform

With Birgit Weiss as head of content and community, the website thebodybuildingdiet.com was created. Recipes, training support, and scientifically based articles reached over 10,000 readers monthly.

2024

Award and Collaborations

The platform was recognized for its evidence-based approach. Collaborations with sports nutrition manufacturers and fitness studios solidified its position as a trusted resource for active individuals.
